Grasshopper Mocha Mint Pie, if you have never had the luck of enjoying one, is a wonderful ice cream pie made with crème de menthe, crème de cacao, marshmallows, and a touch of vanilla gently resting on a crispy dark chocolate wafer crust. A family favorite at the Mills house, we decided to capture our favorite summer dessert in a delicious coffee. Grasshopper Mocha Mint Pie coffee does not disappoint! While dominated by notes of crème de menthe and vanilla, the rich dark chocolate base carries the notes through, creating a wonderfully refreshing summer drink. We suggest drinking this coffee with a touch of cream and drop of chocolate syrup (or crème de menthe!). It's equally delicious hot or iced. Enjoy!
