Each Coffee 102 set comes with tasting (cupping) instructions, notes on how acidity (or lack of) impacts a specific coffee, a regional acidity breakdown, and an eight-ounce bag of each of the following coffees:
High acidity: Kenya AA
Medium acidity: Guatemala Antigua
Low acidity: Monsoon Malabar
