Grown high in the western Honduran mountains, Santa Rosa de Copán coffee is sustainable, wonderfully aromatic, and smooth. The Copán department produces some of Honduras’s finest coffee. With soaring mountains (4,000K+ feet above sea level), temperate microclimates, a plush old-growth forest, and nutrient-rich volcanic soil, Copán's geography is ideal for coffee growing. Our Copán is sustainably-grown under a natural shade canopy in the Santa Rosa region. Tended and harvested by indigenous farmers, this beautiful arabica is balanced and clean with full, round chocolate notes, moderate acidity, and a smooth, rich body. We’ve roasted Santa Rosa de Copán to a full city shade to preserve the beans’ balance, stunning aromatics, and upper notes.
